Description
The Tango Reserve by AgilQuest Android app allows mobile workers to make workspace and conference room reservations using their phone rather than logging into a PC or waiting in line at a Kiosk. Employees of organizations using the Tango Reserve resource scheduling system can now make, check in to, and even cancel reservations while traveling, as long as they have Internet connectivity.
Using the latest geofencing technology, the device’s GPS notifies you when you are close to the office and asks, “Ready to check in now?” And when plans change, the app makes cancelling reservations easy and convenient to release space and drive utilization even higher.
Installation and configuration of Tango Reserve by AgilQuest is a prerequisite for using this app.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. This feature may be turned off by disabling the "Use Location Based Check In" option under Settings. This action will disable check-in notifications from the app.

App works great but would suggest adding auto login or biometric as it's annoying to log in every time you use it.

Clunky UX & Complicated - If your company forces this terrible app on you know that the setup process is far from slick and will log you out to start again when it gets updated. The booking process is clunky and not much different to a Microsoft form. Avoid if you can!

Same problem as another user, new this week that the reserve button is below the Navigation buttons on my Samsung Galaxy phone. Now I have to change the Navigation bar to Swipe instead of buttons just to reserve a space. Very inconvenient!!!

App is a joke. Login via SAML simply does not work. And the cherry on the top is that Floor is not saved in My Profile Preferences when I enter Location and I have to do extra step by picking a floor every time I search. Making my life a pain. Such a basic feature missing. Very unsatisfied and wondering how this can be on the market...

You cannot log in via the app, the "hamburger" button is missing, so there are no other options but the log in screen. Please fox this, because the browser version works perfectly, but it would be nice to have an app
