I was a customer with my last supplier since 2005 and switched over to Farm tank in September 2023 because of the added fees on my delivery ticket, And I was tired of fighting the yearly increases. Now I have peace of mind with no fees, contracts, tank rentals and much more! The price will fluctuate, but I'm pleased with the service. Did I mention no contracts?

Tank farm the company is tremendous and very helpful. John Walker has gone out of his way to help work on any questions or issues I have had. Tank farm is definitely worth switching too.

I called Tank farm and talked with Sydney. What a nice person. She set me up with new tanks and propane supply. She made the whole experience so smooth. I would highly recommend tank farm to anyone. Thanks again Sydney.

We signed up with these guys last year, complained about our tank monitor not working, and it never got fixed. We had our tank filled a total with 3 times from these guys. Our last fill was early January. Just this past week, they show up to my house out of the blue, informing me they will be taking my propane tank bc it's at 0%. This was not the case however it was below 30%. They claim if the tank isn't at 30% or better, they take your tank. And you lose the gas in it. About $250 stolen from us.

I have had tank farm services since Aug. 2021 and It's now Jan. 2022 and to date I still can't get the app to work so that I may monitor my usage and how much propane is in the tank. The app is no good if this feature does not work. I have reached out to them several times with no one helping to resolve this issue. I don't recommend this app.
