TANMIDA Connect

TANMIDA Connect is the official mobile app of the Tamil Nadu Micro Irrigation Dealers Association (TANMIDA), built to make membership, renewals, and day-to-day association services simple for members and staff alike.

TANMIDA Connect is not a government app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of India or the Government of Tamil Nadu. PMKSY-related features only organize data already exported from the official MIMIS portal (tnhorticulture.tn.gov.in). For official scheme information and applications, visit the MIMIS portal directly.

FOR MEMBERS

- Apply for membership right from your phone – fill in your personal, business, and address details in a simple step-by-step form.
- Scan or upload your documents – Aadhaar, PAN, GST certificate, photo, and signature, with a built-in document scanner.
- Pay your membership fee and annual renewal securely through the app.
- Track your application status and get notified as it moves through review and approval.
- Download your digital ID card and membership certificate once approved.
- Get reminders before your annual subscription is due, so you never miss a renewal.

FOR ASSOCIATION STAFF

- District Secretaries can review applications, verify uploaded documents, and forward them for approval.
- District Presidents, Admins, and State Administrators can give final approval or reject applications directly from the app.
- Approving an application automatically generates the member's certificate and ID card.
- Applications waiting longer than usual for review are clearly flagged, so nothing falls through the cracks.

FOR MICRO IRRIGATION DEALERS

- Maintain your farmer database on the go.
- Record field surveys with location and land details.
- Import your dealership's PMKSY (Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana) subsidy records from official MIMIS portal exports (Excel/CSV) and track application stages with easy-to-read cards, plus generate reports in your prescribed formats.
- Scan land documents directly within the app.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

TANMIDA Connect uses secure, verified login, encrypted payment processing, and role-based access so members and staff each see only what's relevant to them. Your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, and you can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

TANMIDA Connect brings the association's membership and services online — built for the people who grow, distribute, and support micro irrigation across Tamil Nadu.
