How Tantuja App Works?
Here is how Tantuja App works.

1. Placing your order
The first step is to place the order. You can place your bulk in terms of Kilograms or Bundles. Choose the quantity of silk or cotton that you want to. The maximum amount of order that you can purchase is twenty five kilograms or twenty five bundles. Tantuja has established multiple hubs and centres that gets notified once the order is placed. The order is then packed up and prepared to be delivered to the respective locations.

2. Adding your preferred delivery date
In terms of the delivery date, we offer assured delivery within two days of placing the order. For holidays or special days, the estimated delivery date might vary. At present, we are not offering one day delivery.

3. Tracking your order
You shall have the option to track your order and get real-time updates on your order status. This will give you a clear idea of the whereabouts of your order, for instance, the details on order getting packed up, pickup, and out for delivery details.

4. Delivery completion and feedback
Once the order has been successfully delivered, you shall be notified about feedback on the order. You can share your feedback on the quality of the order and rate the delivery personnel as well.
