I just updated the app. Now it keeps saying error response. It won't let me access anything. It wants me to update info, but then it won't let me. The chatbot was completely useless! We depend on this to eat. So, if I can't use it then we don't eat.

It was awesome the first time, but now I'm lucky to get an update most of the time it's every 2 to 3 days. No point in contacting customer service they just hang up, and they never give callbacks. You will receive an email saying that you made a ticket but never any follow-up emails

Was cool for the last 2 months then today the app makes me update & now there a 502 error code & Gemini says this is the problem in technical terms, a 502 is never "OK." It means that one server on the internet received an invalid response from another server it was trying to talk to. What is happening? Specifically, the app (Tap check) is trying to reach a back-end service hosted on Azure Container Apps Since this is a server-side error, the problem is likely with the Tap check service itself

The app is pretty much useless now. It started off as a great way to pull some cash out before I get paid. Then all of a sudden I couldn't take out anything and my hours were not being updated in the app. I reached out to customer support, and I was told that my account had inconsistencies, but they couldn't tell me what they were and nothing had changed in my account. I won't be using it anymore
