Usually an awesome app however 3 updates In 7 days or so is not only ridiculous but not one update so far has added Anything new and without any significant updates to a better service what exactly is being improved because it's a good guess to think the updates r about data accumulation or surveillance I have been unable to reference a single update that has made my experience better

The app is pretty much useless now. It started off as a great way to pull some cash out before I get paid. Then all of a sudden I couldn't take out anything and my hours were not being updated in the app. I reached out to customer support, and I was told that my account had inconsistencies, but they couldn't tell me what they were and nothing had changed in my account. I won't be using it anymore

So I was excited when I found out my employer paired with Tap check to allow us to take draws from a future paycheck without having to pay interest like with pay day loans. But I immediately ran into a problem the first time I took a draw to post to my bank account the next day instead of paying $5 for same day. It has been three days and the funds are still not in my account. And yes I did reach out to my bank first and the deposit is not pending. I won't be using this app again

I don't really like this app. It freezes between screens and the customer service bot sucks. It didn't answer my questions about navigating the app or my account information. It gives you general answers to everything which you can figure out on your own.
