So far I have no issues, this is my first transfer, it's not a typical loan. It's an advance on your paycheck for hours you have already worked on the current pay period. Only negative if I had to choose one is there are fees associated, but hey it's a business, so they need to make money somehow, but you can earn free transfers. Great app.so far.stay tuned

Genuinely the worst experience I've had with an app like this. It sometimes takes the app a week to update, the chatbot is completely useless and customer service doesn't answer the phone. Genuinely awful experience would not recommend.

This new update has completely destroyed the app. No more sync times. Pay usually is there within minutes of clocking out. Now nothing and it's been hours. This app is supposed to be for emergencies and yet there's no way to get the funds I WORK FOR!! Super irritating. Wish the darn app never updated.

The app was working fine, then it stopped updating my hours worked, the home screen changed, now you can't tell when it will sync, I have worked hours, and it isn't updating, very disappointed
