So far I have no issues, this is my first transfer, it's not a typical loan. It's an advance on your paycheck for hours you have already worked on the current pay period. Only negative if I had to choose one is there are fees associated, but hey it's a business, so they need to make money somehow, but you can earn free transfers. Great app.so far.stay tuned

It's nice to be able to get funds when needed, the only downfall is that they charge to get funds and take it out of the money instead of adding the fee to the amount you requested!

No need for so many updates. Also, I should not need to get rid of apps to be able to use Tap check. Never had a problem before. It says that I need to install Tap check. But it is already installed. Does not make sense.

It was awesome the first time, but now I'm lucky to get an update most of the time it's every 2 to 3 days. No point in contacting customer service they just hang up, and they never give callbacks. You will receive an email saying that you made a ticket but never any follow-up emails

Started out working pretty well now it seems like every other day there's an issue. Either I can't log in, or my hours aren't updated, or it's updated super late, or the new problem I work 8–12 hours yet somehow all that's available is about $20!!! You use the customer service tab in the app all you get is the AI with the generic unhelpful generated answers. You call and either you put in for a call back that you NEVER GET or you wait on hold for over an hour to not be helped!! Useless.
