When you're on a call and you want to record it, open TapeACall and press the record button. We will put your call on hold and dial our recording line. As soon as our line answers use the merge calls button on your screen to create a single 3-way conference call between your other caller and our recording line.
If you want to record an outgoing call, just press the record button. The app will dial our recording line and will begin recording as soon as our line answers. Once that happens, place another call to the person you want to record, then press the merge calls button on your screen when they answer to create a single conference call that's recorded!

How do I know if I have conference calling on my phone?

it' is awesome for making and recording calls. if you use my Verizon have an Android phone if you ever have a problem, uninstall the app go to settings and reset your phone settings turn it back on and install. the app you should be fine

The app used to work great. I have the paid version & in Dec 2018 it just stopped working. When I try to record a call it hangs up all lines therefore disconnecting my original call as well. I have contacted support & it takes forever for replies with little to no help, telling me to do things I've already done and in essence blaming my phone carrier.... I've been using this app for almost 4 years. So very frustrating to pay for something I can't use!

Followed all instructions and. My conference call successfully started. The
frequently asked questions say they will push the recording to you within
30 minutes. That it will be under the recordings tab where you can see all
your recordings. There is no recordings tab they haven't pushed a recording
and all I receive are automatic replies from the developer that's about all
the support they have, no website, no forum, no real support. Evaluated for
2 days and Google wouldn't give a refund. I doubt the developer will even
reply to my emails. Stay away!
