App crashes more times than an overworked old laptop. When it does, I'm unable to log in or contact the rider. Fortunately the riders are vigilant enough to know I'd arrived. I eventually have to uninstall and reinstall, then reset password just to finally log in. After which I call the worst and most arrogant support team to relay my concerns about an unaccounted completed trip. Can't reconcile my "earnings" with what's on the "wallet" cos they never match! V.Poor experience since I've used it

The app crashes 6 times out of 10... Very crappy app speacially after the update... Really embarrassing when you're with the customer and the app stops working.. On top of that on multiple occasions i was not able to drop off the customer through the app it self and ended up not reciving tips when customer wanted to tip... Don't even get those trips updated on the app so you don't even know if you got paid for those trips or not... Really bad customer/driver help service.

Printing of Rider PU address & destnation address are too small font & not in bold print. This is the most important information in the entire app and its the hardest to read. Reduce all the bold black-on-orange horizontal boxes and expand the address boxes & font size, please.
