★★☆☆☆ خیلی مسخرست شما کمتر از 10 تومن نمیتونید شارژ کنید . حالا فرض کنید یه سفر کردید شده 6 تومن مجبورید 10 تومن شارژکنید . و اینطوری همیشه یه مبلغی از شما داخل تپسی میمونه .

★★☆☆☆ خدمات دهی تپسی‌ بسیار افتصاحه‌،وقتی درخواست ماشین‌ میدهم خیلی طول میکشد و پیام میدهد ماشین پیدا نشد وقتی دوباره درخواست میدهم با سه برابر کردن قیمت همان مسیر راننده پیدا میشود‌ چندبار این اتفاق افتاد و امروز این اپ را برای همیشه پاک میکنم و همه جا تبلیغ منفی برای تپسی میکنم. متاسفانه هیچ نظارت درستی وجود ندارد. یک ستاره هم فقط برای کامنت‌ گذاشتن دادم. برای بعضی از اپها‌ کاش امتیاز منفی وجود داشت.

★★☆☆☆ هزینه سفر موقع درخواست و در هنگام پرداخت متفاوت و گرون تر پشتیبانی هم با دلایل غیر واقعی حاضر به قبول این نیست این مبلغ ناچیز ولی اگر از هر شخص گرفته بشه مبلغ بسیار زیادی میشه و طوری هست که هر کسی پیگیرش نمیشه بطور مثال شش هزار تومان و این یعنی دزدی و نمیشه به چنین اپی اعتماد کرد قضاوت با شما این تجربه من از استفاده از این اپ بود.
