TargetScan is a specifically designed application for scoring your targets. This innovative tool will not only calculate the score but also analyse your shooting group providing essential statistics that will enable continuous improvement.
SCORING SYSTEM • Instant score (standard with inner tens or decimal scoring) • Automatic pattern and holes recognition • Eagle Eye for inspection of close shots (you can refine the shot location)
SHOOTING GROUP ANALYSIS • Mean Point of Impact (MPI) – the centre of the group: windage and elevation • Mean Radius, Extreme Spread – to measure your grouping • Summary Target Plot with all shots in the session • Potential Score – check how many points you could gain by bringing the group to the centre
STAY ORGANIZED • Keep track of all your sessions and monitor progress • Add notes to your sessions and empty your drawer – you will always be able to review past results • Share by E-mail or Google Drive a detailed Session Report (PDF file)

Worked exactly as advertised. The help sections answered any issues I had in setting up folders & sessions. Using a Galaxy tablet the camera picked up over 95% of shots on an older target placed against a slightly off-white background, under artificial light. Moving the target & retaking the image solved any issues. This will be a fantastic tool for new shooters wanting to improve as it provides a great visual representation, younger shooters hate taking notes.....

Completely useless. Scanning does not recognize clear bullet holes with or without white paper behind the target. Unbelievable. I will submit a refund request for sure.

Does not work. I followed the instructions and told the app how many shots. It mostly missed the ones in the white area, and even several in the black. Tried multiple backgrounds including white paper and even holding the target up to a window. No joy. This was with an NRA 25 foot slow fire target. .22 caliber. Two stars because developer is very responsive and helpful. Thank you for the refund.

Does not work well on my Moto G power phone. Almost every target scan is scored as a ten regardless of where the hole is on the paper. I've tried different lighting and adding a white paper under the target for more contrast with no better results. Save your money if you are going to use this on an android phone. It's a waste of time and money,

I really want to use this app, I only compete in 50 m wrabf bench rest. The target was updated by wrabf some time ago to a blue and white target. The app has not kept up and my many attempts to reach out to the developer go unanswered. Would love to change this to 5 stars.
