I am very excited about Mantis laser training academy. I can already tell the way I'm moving as I squeeze the trigger that I pull to the right some when I'm squeezing the trigger. On the range with the recoil it's hard to understand exactly what I'm doing wrong. This is a great way for me to save money on ammo while becoming a much better marksman. Lastly, the variety of drills targets and other things like that related to training keeps it fresh and keeps it from getting boring.

Laser cartridge in 9 mm academy kit doesn't work, bag says to remove plastic battery spacer from inside. There was NO spacer inside. Feel like I was sent a used unit. Will likely return this. DOA. Not worth buying button batteries to find out unit is bad.

Temu tripod, can't access phone commands while it is in said tripod (the only way to run the app). The MOST "looks good on paper" app on the store. Gimmick, gimmick, gimmick... Holster doesn't fit with mantis... Get any other training module that just gives you a laser and a target, don't listen to these fake reviews. THIS THING IS JUNK!!

Had this product for a week & am disappointed. Here's why: 1) The longer tripod will not stay in position. I tried to tape it in the position wanted-it still slides downward. 2) The mount that holds my phone is almost impossible to get in the correct position & hold still. 3) The mini red tripod fell apart without me using it! One of the legs came off. I thought it would simply screw back in, nope. 4) Using the app the first few times was decent, not anymore. Not enough room to write finish...

This app is garbage. It is insanely frustrating to get the targets to work properly with the application. If you have a Blackbeard or Blackbeard like I do you can pull the trigger too fast causing it to have an inaccurate shot count. It runs the phone hot probably because of the god awful and poorly optimized code coupled with the fact that you run your camera is on the whole time you are placing shots too. I have more complaints but have no more space. Do not buy any drills! It will disappoint
