Do not do business with TASC. They deny eligible claims to keep our money. Please do your research before using this company for fsa. Read the BBB reviews and complaints. Wish I would have known how incredibly stressful this would make me. I have been in tears, and literally have ptsd from the 60+ hours I have spent resubmitting the same documents over and over. I have debilitating illness, and they are constantly denying reimbursement for my doctor co-pays even with the correct EOBs.

The app in itself is fine and can potentially easy to navigate. However, this is a cautionary warning to anyone using TASC for their FSA. They are horrible. They want receipts, and make sure you have them (itemized or explanation of benefits) because the bill could be from highly reputable Hospitals or Doctor's offices, and they want a receipt. My point is the app can be great, but if you are unable to use the service due to their insane policies it's a moot point. Please avoid TASC if you can...
