I don't need it very often, but a quick and easy way of submitting expenses. Processing is quick as is reimbursement. It continues after a few years of retirement, to be a useful. It's staying up-to-date accurate and quick

Do not do business with TASC. They deny eligible claims to keep our money. Please do your research before using this company for fsa. Read the BBB reviews and complaints. Wish I would have known how incredibly stressful this would make me. I have been in tears, and literally have ptsd from the 60+ hours I have spent resubmitting the same documents over and over. I have debilitating illness, and they are constantly denying reimbursement for my doctor co-pays even with the correct EOBs.

When it comes to reimbursement, this app does a horrible job at reading the receipt and getting you your proper reimbursement. Half the time when you submit something, you gave a red alert, saying there's a problem... It's a headache. It should be very simple to get your money back. Not having to keep going back and forth to see if they've even accepted your request
