I was unable to find the cart in the app. The proposal was added in the cart. Every time I have to clone the proposal as the cart option is not present in the app.

Frequently asking for login with OTP even biometric setup completed. And after date of birth is entered showing view products after that if we click on next on plan name it's not opening. upside limit also not changing. Again we need to go back and start process form beginning then it's showing riders.

The app gets timeout frequently in updated version as an advisor it's not feasible to logout frequently every time it's asking credentials and mpin reset an all please check and do what is necessary

I’ve been using the TATA AIG Nova app for a while, but it’s becoming really frustrating. Even after setting up my MPIN, the app keeps logging me out automatically if I don’t open it for a few days. Every time I try to log in again, it asks for OTP verification and then asks to set MPIN again — which completely defeats the purpose of having an MPIN in the first place! Hope the team takes this feedback seriously — it’s a good app, but this issue makes the experience frustrating.
