App is not working, it's always shows loading. I am a doctor and using the doctor module but cannot access emr through app. Neither there's any app to book appointment for the patient. Launch a reception app for booking patients appointment, loading vitals, uploading lab results. In short reception could load and access it through app

Patients requesting appointment deposits the fee through app.Thereafter I get no information of inquiry for allotment of slot, finalizing time of appointment. Also, not any information is provided to the patient on further progress. Finally, I get to know from the patient that after having paid the amt they got ni further updates whatsoever. So I call up the call center and inform them, yet it's unaddressed. This is not anticipated, and it brings in a factor of distrust.
