Do not use this app or the Good Flip transmitter/sensor. I purchased with 5 sensors. Total spent 15k+ Totally unreliable readings which defeats the purpose. Many calls with the customer care. In the end the blame me for self installing. I installed following their video tutorials. I was refused refund. Bottom line: unreliable readings and a waste of 15k

Waste of money and time. In just 10 days, the app frequently shows “not responding” or “disconnected.” Even worse, glucose readings are highly inaccurate—shown 41 after lunch while I felt normal, but the glucometer showed 89. Customer support is poor, with no proper response on calls or WhatsApp. Not reliable and potentially risky. Avoid if you value your health and money.

This is a serious feedback. - customer support team is a waste. No one responds - cgm- it stopped capturing readings for 5 hours. Refresh option does not work. And no one responds to queries. - readings are inaccurate. CGM shows 68 while Glucometer shows 250. I think I made a mistake purchasing this product.

I purchased the program on around 16th July. At the time of purchase I was told that I have to undergo blood test through path labs (Dr Lal Path, Thyrocare, Red Cliff) which are there on their panel. First I opted Dr Lal Path lab, which they refused though Dr Path Lab is available in Jaipur. Then I opted Thyrocare but after a lapse of 20 days, they are unable to get my blood tests done. I inquired 3 times but no one is paying heed to my request. 100% money is taken in advance. They cheated me.
