I am 66 years old retired Professor and suffering from diabetes for last 25 years. I was using other brand of CGM earlier. But I was not happy as the difference between Finger Tip blood test results and the App results were quite significant. I was looking for alternative option. I came across with the ad of good flip on facebook. Decided to try it. And I never looked back. Last 8 months I am using it.

Waste of money and time. In just 10 days, the app frequently shows “not responding” or “disconnected.” Even worse, glucose readings are highly inaccurate—shown 41 after lunch while I felt normal, but the glucometer showed 89. Customer support is poor, with no proper response on calls or WhatsApp. Not reliable and potentially risky. Avoid if you value your health and money.

Horrible, very poor aftersale service. The readings are variable as cf Glucometer, that too not constant. The manager responds by justifying the reports by saying upto 20% is OK. How do we know the correct values, so important to manage diabetes. They want us to get continuous pricking to get glucometer readings. While glucometer readings is 7% higher it is said.
