Over the last one month, my experience with the app has not been satisfactory. The CGM readings are often not aligned with the app, and we were advised to manually update the values. When we cross-checked the readings with a glucometer, there was a difference of 40โ50 mg/dL, which is quite alarming. Moreover, despite booking an appointment with one doctor, the consultation was provided by another doctor. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience and raises concerns about the reliability

I thought I was a fit person, but somehow I started feeling sleepy, lower energy, blurry vision, itching on my stomach and calf on my legs. When I got to know all these are symptoms of Sugar. I decided to make myself recover from diabetic, and luckily I saw an advertisement for the Sugar Fit app. And without delay I registered myself. Now I have completed my 5 months here. Very bad experience. They don't have proper customer care. Once you purchase their plan. They will not respond at all. They have only sales team not customer care. Very bad experience.

I purchased sugar. Fit cgm from Amazon and no idea how to activate it. Google or Chatgpt is not able to help. Horrible experience after spending money

I have very bad experience. They took money, but they couldn't provide me the blood test facility and neither they refund kf โน 1200. They provide me a health Coach but my coach was just doing Naukri, She was not serious about my health. Once or twice video Calls in a month for only to guide eat this and do nit eat this and then no care by the coach. No sympathy and emotional attachment with patients of health coach. They grab the annual fee to ahow you that they are giving 50% off but all lie.
