I joined Virta to lose weight. My A1-C was rising, and I didn't want to risk becoming diabetic. The Virta system is designed to help you eat foods that help you maintain a fat burning state. The foods, recipes and support coaches are great! They are always there with help. They are genuinely interested in your journey to great health!

Not an optimal app and they seem extremely slow in updating anything. This review is only about the app, NOT the program or my coaches. The app crashes out a lot, and it is not user-friendly or intuitive. The AI functions are slow to "learn" and seeing a history of my foods would be a nice addition, along with water tracking. Going to stick it out though.

I love the app and the Virta program. I am losing weight. I just got a new phone and now the app is not recognizing any of my log in info. I can't get back into the app 😕
