The Virta program and staff are awesome. The following suggestions are for the app developers regarding the app itself. 1. allow the user to view/edit their symptoms log. 2. allow the user to manually adjust carbs, protein and fats info to match manufacturers informational labeling when logging food/meals. 3. on android system for dark mode the date time window command buttons "ok" & "cancel" need to adjust color contrast to be seen.

Not an optimal app and they seem extremely slow in updating anything. This review is only about the app, NOT the program or my coaches. The app crashes out a lot, and it is not user-friendly or intuitive. The AI functions are slow to "learn" and seeing a history of my foods would be a nice addition, along with water tracking. Going to stick it out though.

Horrible. Its AI infested with horrendous UI that coaches try to work around while being forced to push AI articles that are not applicable. It cannot log food, it cannot create video calls, and you cannot edit the "features" to turn off the notifications or inaccurate information. When frustrated I looked up why it exists, and I believe the "This was created to prevent companies from paying for GLP-1".

If I could give this app less than one star I would. It never works and is the only form of communication with a horrible company. Patient Abandonment. Violatons. Virta profits by forcing people off GLP-1'S. Virta is terrible!
