Can't make a password. Keeps telling me I didn't meet the minimum criteria.....which I 100% did...app is trash but unfortunately my tax guy is awesome and this is what he uses now.

I've been trying for 3 days to take a selfie on this app, but it WILL NOT work. I've emailed support, and I'm still waiting for a reply.if I could give 0 stars I would.please help!! I need to file my taxes! Didn't have this issue last yr 😭

This app does not allow you to make any updated changes to your personal information for something as simple as your phone number. It does not provide you with a copy of your return once it's submitted to the IRS. Once you click “view return” it only shows the information (W2 etc.) you gave the preparer. This app does not store your previous tax year information like Turbo Tax does. I’m so aggravated I have to go bk to my CPA for copies I should've been able to get via the app.

This is by far the worst app I've ever had to use. I can't even sign my documents because it constantly crashes each time. I've cleared the cache, data, uninstalled and re-installed, and still not working properly.
