Slik bruker du Taxifix • Åpne appen og bestill direkte fra din posisjon med «Taxi nå» • Oppgi hvor du skal for å beregne makspris • Sveip deretter for å bestille • Følg bilen på kartet og se estimert ventetid for når bilen er på plass • Ring sjåføren direkte ved behov • Se beregnet ankomsttid • Tre betalingsmåter å velge mellom: Kort i appen, VIPPS eller i bilen • Du kan planlegge fremtidige reiser ved å trykke på «Taxi Senere» • Fremtidige reiser kan legges til i din kalender som en ekstra påminnelse • Enkel avbestilling dersom planene dine skulle endre seg

I like the concept! The app could be easier to use. The reviews mention the same thoughts I have. I would add that it would be nice with booking confirmation on SMS or email. Or maybe I could have seen it under "trips" in the app (then this page should be more visible). I used the app with bad reception, and after booking the trip, it suddenly jumped back to where you put in where you're going from. I thought that the app didn't work, so I booked another trip. Ended with two taxis showing up.

Best taxi app I ever used :). Highly recommend. For some reasons I wasn't able to add my card but no worries, you can pay after your ride. I got a very friendly driver with a very comfortable, large car (family, 3 adults and 1 kid). I paid for Sunday morning ride 750 NOK. Price was fine in my opinion. Thanks guys for your work :). Keep doing because you are doing great ❤️

With this app you can book taxi almost everywhere in Norway. That's very handy in that way. The app itself, technically is not perfect, but much better than before after recent upgrades ...

Ok, the entire Bernese interface is fine. But it's fundamentally weak and unreliable. I did three bookings in a row for a pickup because every time the driver was over 20 min away. I ended up driving myself. Luckily I didn't have to prepay to book. The issue is that I have to choose the taxi company, as if I care. I want an available taxi now, avd the driver wants a passenger nearby. I don't care if I'm in Oslo and there's a Dram men taxi closest, or in Bundaberg and there's a Sola taxi nearby.

I'm in Sweden. The app thinks I'm in Norway, gives me text in Norwegian and won't let me create an account without a Norwegian phone number. Unusable.

Horrible. App will not let you book a time and date for pickup. Also, the app will not let you cancel a booking.
