Very useful service especially for receiving parcels in apartment buildings. We recently had an issue with a missing parcel (fault of Star track driver) and Taylor customer service was actually very helpful.

Fine app, excited for it to have barcoded capacity, but intermittently switches my building to another one and the only fix is to reinstall which is why I'm here.

Four separate occasions over 6-week period from 1st joining Taylor I've received text from Taylor advising, correctly, that I have a parcel waiting collection. However, and importantly, after tapping on link and opening the App I was advised on each occasion that there was NO parcel waiting. I then messaged our dedicated Taylor contact......no response, even to follow-up texts. On each occasion I had to reply on the building manager to extract my various parcels. Garbage App and customer service.
