I don't understand this app, I apply for a loan, and they told me it's under review for several hours, then this morning I opened the app, and they're showing loan to repay showing that I took a loan a day ago, I receive anything from you people ooo. You did not give me any loan oo, what ever you are showing in the app is none of my business, I will not pay for money I did not collect. Now because you people are threatening debit my account, if I receive any debit. You will lose this app

I wonder why you guys do these things you do. I took a loan and paid when due. A day later, I get an SMS informing me of a higher amount with lower interest. So I head back to the app only for me to get a message saying that I failed credit check. You guys should stop toying with people's emotions please. This is not right.
