Like the simple, clean design but links don't always work which honestly is really annoying A workaround is to close the app then come to the app store and launch the app from here... then links work.

Absolutely awful app. Constantly doesn't work over the weekend when you have the book school dinners but instead are faced with Error We're sorry, but the system has encountered a serious error and cannot continue. Code API_ERROR - APP_001 Message We are unable to process the data we received for your device. If you are going to sell a service to schools, employ some competent people and invest in infrastructure that works.

After updating it keeps telling me I have a network error and won't load when I need to pay for school items e.g. trips etc

Very poor customer service, there's no way for parents to raise a support ticket without contacting the school. Trying to do an urgent payment for tomorrow and the payment system throws a system error and asks me to "contact support," which they don't let me do. This is happening to many parents both in the app and online. What a joke!
