Although I really appreciate Brock's approach, the app does not appear to function that well. The video tutorials will not play on my samsung S10 Note. I can hear them, but not see the videos themselves. Also, there are not enough options within the routines for people working out at home. And it is not clear before you buy a routine, what equipment you will need. Also, while there is an option to swap out an exercise for an alternative exercise, that tab is blank when you click on it. Always.
