Been using this app for years. It's consistent and has most popular programs already built in, giving it a real nice "set it and forget it" kind of feel. I get to the gym, hit start workout, and it has everything ready to go. I would like a way to track my accessory lifts that aren't a part of my program, but other than that this is perfect.

App has always been great, however, a recent update has removed the functionality of the timer bell When it is time for your next set. I now have to watch the app like a hawk to know when my next set is supposed to be as opposed to before where I could be in another app and get notified when it was time to focus.

This app used to be great, but they kept changing everything about it until it's the mess it is now. Biggest issue: What happened to the increments' system? Now every time I do a lift, it increases by 5lbs - 10lbs no matter what lift it is. Sometimes I just want the lift to stay the same. Very frustrating.
