Really well put together app! Not only can I scan barcodes to track my food calorie intake, but I can also create recipes, and count the calories accurately. The coaches are really helpful, and easy to reach if you need advice. A real weight loss tool for real people, with no nonsense! Highly recommend!

I downloaded the app after having a plateau with my weight loss journey, To date that is no longer the case. Richie and his team of coaches have given me a greater insight into nutrition and how to get the result that I desire... Very social side with a support group, regular live group chats coach check ins are brilliant for keeping you on track and giving you advice by analyzing your data that you input in the app. Consistency is key and 1000% worth £7.99 a month. What are you waiting for?

Scam app in terms of there is a 12-month contract that is very unclear and sneakily hidden. Aggressive video message when you try and unsubscribe. I tried to cancel within 28 days so even if I'd have known about the contract I was within my rights to cancel, and now they are ignoring me. It's also not set up as a DD so cancelling with the bank is hard. No subscription through play store either. Be careful.

Like many other reviews, which I wish I had read here before signing up, this company is an absolute scam. Tucked away at the bottom of an email it tells you that you waive the 14-day cooling-off period when the app is downloaded. But how are you meant to know if the app is suitable for your needs without downloading it first. App has poor functionality, does not link to your fitness watch for steps, weight etc. They don't tell you that when you're signing up. Avoid at all costs.
