At first the app seemed a little intimidating. However throughout the years of using TA it has been great & the improvements made to it have been refreshing. I wish my company would stick with this Service & app instead of switching to Titan. Tech Anywhere has a lot of capabilities as long as your company is willing to use them. The work orders & quotes sent to the customer are very detailed & professional. Also love the deep integration with XoI. I will definitely miss using this platform!

Why is it syncing files from two weeks ago?? If I were to log in right now it would sync... I think it's up to 88 files now? Never used to do this.

I previously wrote a review and gave specific examples of things to fix and most were, so that's a plus! As a way to make the app slightly more efficient to use I would change the default Unapplied Labor Pay type to Travel from Shop-Service. We spend most of our day driving around to multiple places and only go to the shop maximum twice a day, so I am constantly going to that drop down menu. Maybe I'm the only one, but do it as a favor to me if no one else objects!

An Error An error occurred during the FTP transfer-please contact technical support with the following FTP error codes: [550] The sync will continue in the background. Tired of seeing this please fix.

App wouldn't sync for a couple of weeks. Took it to my tech support department got it to sync but now when I fill my time-out none of my hours will show up when I fill my time-out. Very displeased with this app.

This app is such a dinosaur. Data basics needs to revamp this whole app. The whole office end of it looks like a Microsoft Windows from 1999. Their fix for IOS users is to integrate with XOI. That's double the work. Might as well just switch over to XOI entirely. Service Titan is the way to go. There's a reason Service Titan is huge. Data basics needs to invest more into Sam pro and Tech anywhere. It's outdated and slow, and make it work with IOS devices. It's 2024, the majority of people use apple.

Need to upload photos better. Doesn't upload photos well over data and need a good Wi-Fi connection to upload photos. Needs better compression of photos to upload photos faster.

Very Clunky. No Spell Checker. To post overtime you need to check two boxes even thogh the firs box asks you regular or overtime that one has bitten me many times you would think once you chose OT it would Auto Populate in the background what ever the second button does. The synchronize button is Hidden under the ToolBox Tab your better off Logging off and Logging back in. But I'm Just an End User from a Tech Standpoint I'm not thrilled. Maybe it's a Rock Star on the billing side but I wouldn't know.
