Awful app!! Doesn't work. Can't even get an account created. I've tried multiple times using email and phone number but it just keeps giving error messages. Guess I'll be returning this toothbrush as well! I should've known better and spent the extra money for a known product. I can't believe that it's been downloaded 5k times and there's not a single review posted yet.

So, I have been trying to connect my toothbrush to the app on my S20 Fe, and it's not connecting. Tried it on my wife's S9 and it connected, it popped up the bluetooth window, and gave me options to connect. No Bluetooth pop up window appears on my phone. If this can get updated, fixed I will give it a 5 star rating. Love the actual toothbrush!

Difficult to sign up, took 2 days to get a verification email. Why does it need a verification email? When I could finally log in to app, toothbrush won't connect to app. Really bad instructions as well. No phone number to call for help.
