Very poor performance.classes not open...I try morning to evening not connnect class .problems to join live classe.provide offline videos🙏🙏

Everything is done but still unable to join the classes online. I have been waiting from morning and all of sudden it saya the class is ongoing but nowhere to join the class option. There is no support group or chat group if you have any doubts or concern. If there is any payment needed then no o one is informing anything about that. Worst app and everything is fake info. Don't download and waste your time.

They gave a paper statements on Feb 08 onwards classes are starting but still i not yet listened any class. Join now option is showing but not joining in the class, not yet showing any offline videos and Tests etc.. sir please respond about this issue and clear it as soon as possible.. don't waste our time.. Thank you....
