If I've ever seen an app that works it's this one, the UI is excellent. Being land locked is ok since the much-needed improvement of adding the app. If you have biometrics that works. The whole app is less confusing and better experience than other electric company apps including some big names here. Makes me want Tri-Country when I move from my present location somehow if I can take it with me. My best experience just when the representative told me this app was available.

After a rocky start to getting started with this app, everything seems to be working. It has some nice features for keeping up with your usage. The power outage and reporting don't seem to be working. The website is more reliable than the app.

Should have made it easier to transition from old account. Forgot password, wouldn't let me sign in to pay on old app. Tried logging into new app and verification kept looping. Frustrating!

This app is horrible several months, and it still does not work even after two-factor authentication it still won't work. Constantly says it's updating even though it's not
