Comments on CCECA for Android

★★★★★ Gail G · Aug 20, 2026

After being forced to use Optimum for my internet needs, I was so, so happy when CCECA had their fiber optics up and running. Since I started using CCECA, I have not had but one issue and that was solved within 2 days. The technicians showed up during the time I scheduled. Anyone that I talked to over the phone was nothing more than kind and helpful. Thank you so much for coming into my area. CCEA you're the best!

Does the very basics. Cant set up auto-pay.

★★★★★ Michael S Mccraw · Jun 30, 2022

Great Job so far hope you haven't taken on the Bracken with this internet project. But to do better than what we have now is just to care about PEOPLE YOU SERVE!!!

★★☆☆☆ SoS Captain · Dec 2, 2019

While it works, this app needs a face lift, and could be a little more user-friendly!

★★☆☆☆ Rayden Sizemore · Mar 31, 2025

App stops working for maintenance while the website still works. This software is redundant.

★☆☆☆☆ April Pilkington · Jul 28, 2022

Hope this app is alot friendlier than the manager at Cherokee electric. She sure knows how to treat people, like they are worthless. Her momma should have taught her some manners & kindness. If she had only acted this way once I could have let it go but several times I've been treated less than. If I had a choice they would not have my business. Praying for you hope you find Jesus. 🙏
