The app works great to pay your bill. I use it often. It doesn't update regularly though. I check all my bills on every payday to see what's due and pay it. I've checked for a month straight and nothing is due from DEC. Then all of a sudden I have a past due balance? I call BS. Companies like Verizon send a notice through the app when the bill is ready not just overdue. The app is overall user-friendly but you guys need to fix the notifications and account updates.

Used to work It used to work great... Now it won't recognize me or my account number or my email address, so it's now useless... Calling DEC was pointless, they had the don't care attitude about trying to fix it.
