Teleaudit

Teleaudit is an internal field-operations app built for telemarketing and audit staff to manage outbound call activity for loan disbursement and collection verification.

Each staff member sees their daily assigned workload of disbursement and collection records. From within a record, they can:

• Place calls directly to the client with one tap
• Automatically track call duration from the device call log for audit reporting
• Submit call outcomes — mobile number status, verification status, and remarks
• Attach an audio recording of the call where required
• Queue a record for follow-up, or flag it as an issue for admin review
• Log RTP (Ready to Pay) commitments on collection calls, including who owns the amount and when payment is expected
• Look up center/group-level demand, repayment, and PAR data for collection calls
• View a live dashboard of alive, done, pending, and queued records across both modules

This app is for internal use only by verified staff of the organization's telemarketing and audit team. It is not intended for public or consumer use. Call and phone-state permissions are used solely to support the app's core auditing workflow — tracking and reporting on calls the user places from within the app — and are not used to access unrelated device data.
