I really love this app for the free storage and features. Currently, it is working fine for me. However, there is a major technical issue that needs urgent fixing. In countries where ISPs use Shared/Dynamic IPs, our IP address rotates frequently. Whenever my IP changes slightly during a session, all active downloads fail, and videos stop loading with the error: 'Unable to play the file'.
