The app was incredibly slow, but disabling ipv6 routing on the Wi-Fi router solved the problem. Even though I solved the problem myself, I appreciate the fast response of the developer, and now it is perfect. Update: The new design is less practical, e.g. items take a lot more space and fewer fit in the screen. Also, I cannot find info about past top-ups anymore.

Great app! You have a small bug in the English version (when you change language settings to English). The number of days to expiry of the credit does not show the number, but instead shows the variable called 'numberOfDays'. Looks like the variable is getting printed instead of the variable value. This is only in the English and Ukrainian language setting. It's fine in the Hungarian one.

After update moments tab cannot load, page gets timed out. Even on a more modern phone it is way too slow to load. Update: tried to delete all data (== fresh install) that solved the loading issue, now I can access the Moments tab.

"Unfortunately that did not work" nothing works, literally nothing. Cannot log in to pay bill. Have cleared cache. Have reinstalled. Stop overcomplicating everything, make it easy for people to pay bills. Edit: I have contacted Telecom. I have gone into the store. "It will work in 5 days"... it has been 2 weeks.

The app usually directs the user to the chat mode, which is infuriatingly primitive and cheap, including the "virtual assistant" Vanda, a mess of an algorithm and a joke of a support, an insult to the user and a testament of Telecom's penny pincher farce. I fear the day when I need customer support, but I guess from Telecom's viewpoint, this is a major win, one less customer to deal with and no money spent on support personnel.
