Excellent compared to Vodafone! Translations are available (Eng and Ukrainian!), but not everything is translated and not everything is translated well (hence, 4 star. Well, that and a few other niggly things).

The app doesn't work AT ALL. When I open it, it's loading for a while, then it says there was a problem, try it later. And this is what it does again, again and again. I force stopped the app, deleted cache, restarted my phone, even deleted and reinstalled it and still. SHAME...

The app no longer works. Hangs up on login. Deleting and re-downloading the app does not fix the issue. Tried on multiple devices (Android, iPhone). Used to work seamlessly for years. There is no way to manage certain account features on the Telecom website, so the app is critical. Please fix ASAP.
