Hipaa violation Met with a dr. and prior to that the screening nurse collecting all my personal information, social security, and other information was in a vehicle with a male driver She was carrying on conversation with him while getting all my information. I asked if that was a dr multiple times, and she said the dr will appear by video. She even muted her audio multiple times, and turned her camera off not the audio to carry a conversation on in Spanish after all my information was shared WTF
