As a paranoid first-time mom, I could not be more grateful to have access to a pediatrician. Mediocre at best. You can't get away from the 2-factor log-in, and that doesn't work 90 percent of the time. Keeps saying wrong code when it isn't. The doctors take forever to submit any paperwork, so you don't know if you're going to get the urgent care meds you seek within any suitable time frame.
