Passport scanner does not work. It asks to tilt the document with no further instructions. It does not function. This service is also for visitors to activate their phone. This application is not available to download as it is not available for visitors from other countries. Therefore, visitors need to download the application to unlock their phone but cannot download the app. If you change your country through the app store, you can only revert to your home country after 90 days. Horrible
