★☆☆☆☆ Basma Abd El Aziz · May 23, 2026

Useless app, built to steal customers has no official registery whatsoever, no idea who developed this app and why is it authorized to operate on a governmental issues

★☆☆☆☆ Mohamed Gomaa · Mar 18, 2026

The worst App ever, you can't sign up due to the stupid passport scan it keeps telling you to tilt the passport but never works and never captures

★☆☆☆☆ Daniel Amin · Jun 17, 2026

Passport scanner does not work. It asks to tilt the document with no further instructions. It does not function. This service is also for visitors to activate their phone. This application is not available to download as it is not available for visitors from other countries. Therefore, visitors need to download the application to unlock their phone but cannot download the app. If you change your country through the app store, you can only revert to your home country after 90 days. Horrible

★☆☆☆☆ Farah Majid · Mar 1, 2026

Worst app ever. I can't scan my passport. It is so bad, probably. I will not come to egypt again because of this app.
