Have been trying to log in to the app, I find it difficult to log in to the app. Even with the right details it doesn't work, have created another Login for it . Still the same thing.... It takes find to resolve the situation. The New account I created have not be able to access it into the app to edit the profile, since two days now ... Have been trying to log in with my previous email and password, not working, I even changed the password, and it didn't work. Is it that the app has stop working

I'm disappointed in this app, I have been using it for some time, and it was working fine, but after I did a subscription of this month I couldn't generate a quick template receipt anymore. The app is up-to-date I have uninstalled and reinstall, but the problem still remains the same.
