Set myself up as a pet owner, and now it appears I'm listed as a practice. Tried to pick my stare and the abbreviations don't match the state. So far...terrible, and I can't request an appt with my vet like I'm supposed to be able to.

Sign in delay... Text code delay... Having to sign in again after closing the app. Should have easily enabled biometrics. They stole the Snapchat notification glyph.

Nothing works. Tried to sign up - nothing. Re-downloaded and same issue. Had to have the support team call me, and they were nice and signed me up. Then I added my phone number and tried to enter the confirmation code... took 6 attempts because it was randomly autofilling? And if you don't get it right but it autofills, then they send a new text? Well once I got lucky and figured that out, I tried to add my pet. Put in all the information and the clicked on the add button - nothing.

It is the worst app I have EVER tried to work with. Full of glitches and every single time I sent a message, it signed me out, and I had to sign in again and type in my email, password, etc. etc. Took me hours to get past all the glitches.
