I am an installer of this product and a lot has to do with training and I see a few reviews that have a red flags of an installation or programming issue. I didn't read every review but noticed no comments about the mapping features. This leads me to believe the alarm installers did not show the all the features. I have about 40 - 45 of these units installed and only 1 client that says its only average. In all fairness the system was initially very difficult to set up, but after a half dozen it's now quick. I have not used the Zwave much so nothing to comment on at this time. One improvement I am waiting for is better discresij

Love this app, saves going to check if our system is armed after we leave the house. Will check in to cameras next. Don't mind having to log in due to the fact that if your phone gets into the wrong hands then what? They can disarm your system and enter your house, no use having a password for your alarm system.

This has to be the worst app I have ever seen. Why is it the iOS app has so many more features? Why does the android version log you out every other time you use the app? Why does it take over 2 minutes to view one of your cameras live? This is ridiculous given what we pay our security company for something so poorly done and what's the most frustrating thing is that so many other users are saying the same thing and the developer does nothing about it nor acknowledges the issues. Fix this please! So here we are about 2 years later and not even so much as a reply from the developer of the app. Here we are again over a year later and still no update. What a joke! If you are considering a security system that uses this app find a new security company.
