The phone app needs a refresh/synch button. If you arm/disarm your system using the keypad, the app rarely synchs with it. You cannot trust the app to tell you the correct status of your alarm system. A simple synch/refresh button on the phone app would force the app to communicate with the alarm system/keypad to tell you the "true status" (armed or disarmed), in theory. The app gives you an error message when you try to arm or disarm the system remotely when the app isn't congruent with the actual armed vs. disarmed status. I don't hate the app, but it certainly needs some improving. Pay attention to whether or note the remote arming is in the stay or the away mode. Had to make a lot of changes on the alarm key pad, but that's another story.

It doesn't show status nor allow me to arm and disarm system. What's the point of this app.
