It sometimes won't load the dashboard, making it useless to control my thermostat away from home. Also, it used to show my home humidity level, now it won't show at all.

I solved my problem, so I have raised my rating. I had a problem logging in and out. I kept getting an error page. I figured out that it kept trying to open in Firefox. I had to simply make sure I clicked on to open as an app. Now, it seems to work well with my Honeywell Elite Pro S1200 thermostat. I haven't tried any programming. I just like that I can control the temperature setting from my phone. I don't set schedules. I control manually. 🫡

It's a great app, with 1 BIG caveat. Please for the love of God, let us change the order of the devices on the dashboard! I use this app to manage newly installed Wi-Fi thermostats for my church, of which we have 13 thermostats across 2 buildings, but the order I installed them in is the permanent order. It's a nightmare with a simple fix, a simple drag and drop feature to re-order the dashboard! Thank you.

I've got the lyric round thermostat, and it doesn't appear on the list of devices to add. All videos are related to the old resideo app which redirects me to this. Garbage. Very frustrating. What app is to be used to manage this?

Mute button is never active, so I can never mute the many false alarms. Sorry I purchased 6 to replace the old detectors

Too many false alarms that cannot simply be turned off by the app while home make these CS5 smoke alarms not worth their high cost. These are nothing more than Google Nest look alikes without the quality. First alert should be ashamed of charging this much for a detector and not including the real Google Nest quality. Do not buy.

This First Alert app suddenly stopped showing humidity percentage for the connected thermostats and for all users of the app. What happened?
