It sometimes won't load the dashboard, making it useless to control my thermostat away from home. Also, it used to show my home humidity level, now it won't show at all.

Seems like a good app for a programmable thermostat. Not as "intuitive" and or easy to set schedule... maybe an issue with the Operator 👴🤭 BK

It's easy to use and intuitive in setting up and controlling thermostats.

Soooo many false alarms. Bought 6 app enabled detectors because we have high ceilings and thought thos would be ideal! We spent alot of money, and we get sooooo many alerts, and we're not even on Wi-Fi yet! How are we get false alert after false alert! Aside from being annoying it is a safety issue because it's like a boy who cried wolf! Fix these devices!!!! I wish I could return them and just get traditional wired detectors. Silencing it would be an issue, but maybe a really long stick is best

They removed the ability of the thermostat to show humidity? Why? Who needs to be fired for making such a stupid decision?

Smoke alarms go off randomly. Had them intermittently replaced with warranty, and with the last batch (6 of 9) the customer service support told me the last batch had faulty sensors causing false alarms. After getting the new ones, after 3 months the alarm started going off. Can't silence the alarm from the app. Can't silence the alarm by pressing the button. Really missing the nest brand smoke detectors.

Much improvement from the older versions of the app, however I've got a wired exterior temperature sensor for actual outdoor temperature, which is at the moment is reading (correctly) 12° hotter than what the internet reports. However, from the app there's no way to see the observed outdoor temperature, nor does it report this to Alexa to ask Alexa what's the outdoor temperature and actually get the real reading from the thermostat sensor. Edit: your response is as bad as the old app version -1⭐
