Ever since yesterday The app has been weird for some reason on my air conditioner. When it is on eco-mode, I cannot switch the fan speed. It just sticks to low fan speed, but the digital display will say medium or high fan speed. When it is on low fan speed, please fix this issue, thank you. You've resolved the issue

Not too bad but not too good either, there's one feature missing which is the swing for left and right controller in the app, there's only swing for up and down in the app, so it wouldn't make sense not to add it when the a/c has both features, also add dark mode to app, the layout is still quite bright with the existing themes, at least add a plain black background in the options. Overall, it's still quite easy and convenient app to use so far. Hopefully they add that feature soon.

I am experiencing an issue with the Connect Life app and my Hi sense air conditioners. All of my air conditioners are connected to the internet and use the same Wi-Fi network. However, the app randomly shows some of them as offline, even though they are actually online and working normally. There is no pattern—it is different units each time. After a while, they may appear online again without any action. Could you please investigate this issue? It seems to be a problem with the app or to connect

The app worked perfectly until a few days ago. Now it detects my AC and connects to its temporary Wi-Fi (HIS-xxx), but always fails with "The device can't connect to...". I've reinstalled the app, reset de AC, and tested multiple 2.4G networks. Nothing works. This seems to be a recent app or firmware issue. Please fix it

Absolutely awful, I can't connect my AC to Wi-Fi, but my brother can for aome reason even though we've followed the same steps, and now he shared the device with me, and I can't see it in the app, half of the app is just empty screens because it's not working, awful app, just use the remote that came with your AC
