I have Connect Life controlling my Pioneer WYF series Performance mini split. The app is very stable, however there are a number of features missing on this app: 1. Being able to put the unit in Freeze Protection mode, where the unit will maintain 46f to keep pipes from freezing. This must be activated by pressing the swing and temp+ buttons for 3 seconds on the remote. 2. Being able to control the left/right swing function. The app only supports up/down swing.

Hello connect life this is a great app. However, the drum clean counter keeps resetting before it gets to the 45 washes, which is when it's usually due a drum clean. Please fix this issue.

I love it. My room is on timer in the late afternoons when the sun hits the windows and at night as I just fall asleep. I just hope one day Connect Life will have connectivity with plug in cubes, so I can have a lamp plugged into the cube and on my app in case I'm not making it home I could turn the lamp on. I can't afford to buy the big appliances to use this app, just the air conditioner. But I'll give it 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 because if they sell a cube or adapter, I am definitely getting several

Many problems with Hi sense washing machine. I don't know if it's the app or the server, but I keep seeing false states on washing machine. It shows a program is in progress while the device is off. I can't start washing cycle from the app as the device disconnects while setting the program. I don't get notifications, although the app has the necessary rights on android. Also with refrigerator and air conditioning the options are very limited and again notification problems.

I tried to sign in using my Microsoft login, but app crashed and would not allow me to do that again. After pulling enough teeth to get signed up, it still won't let me use the app. Keeps cycling between user agreement and data policy screens. No matter how many times I click agree, it just goes to the other agreement. Is there a purpose to this app?? Can I give less than 1 star for the broken/frustrating experience? Is it worth the headache to monitor my dehumidifier? All signs point to NO.
