App is connected to a Hi sense HD5026TLP dehumidifier. I can control the dehumidifier with no problems. However, the indoor humidity reading does not update on the app. The only time it updates is when the dehumidifier is first turned on. Once in operation it only displays the initial indoor humidity.

Iv had the app for my ac unit that is in constant use almost year round, the app works well I don't have any issues with the scheduled times it automatically turns on the ac but one things that drives me absolutely nuts is if I use the app to turn on the ac and set it to lile 62 degrees it will without fail switch to 79 degrees, and I have to change it back at least 1-3 times before it sticks, and it's extremely annoying.

The app is excellent, but there's a minor issue with Hi sense inverter air conditioners. There's a feature to control electricity consumption by reducing the compressor's output. This feature is activated by pressing and holding the Eco button on the remote, which then offers three levels: 75%, 55%, and 35%. However, the app doesn't offer an option to control or even activate this mode. To activate it, you have to use the physical remote, which detracts from the app's useful.

App can connect to washing machine but the automatic cycles fail to execute and changing cycles via the app does not work at all. The only benefit is that I can see how long a cycle has left on my phone but then have to go to the machine manually to change a setting to a different cycle. Wouldn't recommend

Since the latest update, my washing machine can't connect to the app. I tried to rebind it, but it's no longer detecting my Wi-Fi which is compatible.

The fact that I can't connect my AC to google home is an oversight, my whole home is automated but for AC (4 of them) I just have remote on-off switch........

Doesn't work for my Hi-Smart device. The app only looks for Wi-Fi Direct networks named HIS-****** but my device's pairing network is Hi-Smart-******. I guess I can't pair my device ever again?
