I've been using this app for a couple of years, but recently I've noticed some intermittent issues. I've been signed out and unable to sign back on for a couple of days and recently my devices disappeared and showed I didn't have anything connected. They showed back up later, so I hope this issue is resolved and nothing else happens.

Not too bad but not too good either, there's one feature missing which is the swing for left and right controller in the app, there's only swing for up and down in the app, so it wouldn't make sense not to add it when the a/c has both features, also add dark mode to app, the layout is still quite bright with the existing themes, at least add a plain black background in the options. Overall, it's still quite easy and convenient app to use so far. Hopefully they add that feature soon.

I am experiencing an issue with the Connect Life app and my Hi sense air conditioners. All of my air conditioners are connected to the internet and use the same Wi-Fi network. However, the app randomly shows some of them as offline, even though they are actually online and working normally. There is no pattern—it is different units each time. After a while, they may appear online again without any action. Could you please investigate this issue? It seems to be a problem with the app or to connect

Effortless and flawless setup, great features. But I give it one star for one simple reason. First of all, why is the air purifier not on by default. Second, why after a program finishes or unit is shut off, the air purifier does not come back when restarted, and you have to manually take the extra step to turn it on each time. There is no way to program it to turn on with a specific program. This always requires an unnecessary second step. So much for "automation." Fix this and you get 10 stars!

There is no current fridge temperature anywhere, only the set temperature is visible. The energy usage doesn't work, fridge has been connected for 3 days and the app says it used 0.00 kWh. At least the fridge door open counting works.
