Overall app works fine, giving you all the fridge and freezer control with a quick response. I had to take off a star for two reasons, first is when you want to share the device control to a family member, it keeps saying email is incorrect with all the different emails I tried. QR code also fails. Second, as Wi-Fi connection states it works on 2.4 ghz but also if your Wi-Fi name has a space or special character, it doesn't connect, so I created a guest Wi-Fi instead of changing the name.

App is connected to a Hi sense HD5026TLP dehumidifier. I can control the dehumidifier with no problems. However, the indoor humidity reading does not update on the app. The only time it updates is when the dehumidifier is first turned on. Once in operation it only displays the initial indoor humidity.

There's an option for inputting electricity tariffs, but that's it. Can't find anywhere how much electricity is consumed.

The fact that I can't connect my AC to google home is an oversight, my whole home is automated but for AC (4 of them) I just have remote on-off switch........

Using the app for washing machine is pretty useless. Machine turns off after cycle, so cannot use app to start an additional spin for example. Cannot use the laundry assist function as a planning tool, only available when machine is loaded ready to use. Connectivity to Wi-Fi is lost constantly and remote control is always turned off after a wash. So useless most of the time.

Doesn't maintain connection to Wi-Fi causing issues with controlling while away from home. I use this app to control an air conditioner. I have schedules set up, and it only works properly 50% of the time. Turning it on and off is random. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Aggravating to come home and find it's been running for 8 hours because the app said the unit was off, but it wasn't. Since last night, when I open the app I only get a gray screen.

Very clean UI but lacks responsiveness/results to trying to hook it up to a Hi sense soundbar or a fire TV when following the directions *does not yield any result other than confusion* I'm kind of concerned I just gave out information for back door access I was hoping there was utility with this it's not serving me any I see other reviews for people are having on and off feelings about it working for their ACs, but it is not working for my TV or my soundbar Will be removing my profile
