Lot of bugs - useless app When I tried to top up for my wife's number using this app, it topped up for my number and the subscription triggered one day before than the configured date leading to double topup which I could not use. The customer care is useless as they can't do anything. WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY using this app, and they use customers to test this app. I would have given -5 stars if there is an option.

App no longer works: won't show saldo. Reinstalling doesn't work. It won't let me update/add bank account number. Useless now. Help only available via social media?! Newsflash, not everyone's on social media. Update: App is working again. Had to log in on the website and add my bank account there. That, weirdly, got the app going again. Update 2: not working again (?) Sigh...

Doesn't work any longer. Requested a new login password, got the temporary password, logged on, got to the change password screen, changed password, was back at the login screen where new password doesn't work. The temporary password still works and takes me to the change password screen. Infinite loop. :-|

This app seemed like an improvement, but it's as utterly useless as it's predessors have been because if you run out of useable internet, it is rendered useless. I could not log in until I used another person's telephone in which to purchase more data. This is absurd. Bank services continue, email continues to be useable, but not Telia's own app. Why is this? What on earth are they thinking? Clearly, not convince.
