Delightful experience using it as it's user-friendly for even those who are not tech-savvy. Transparent and easy to understand app with information on package size, pricing and agents availability. The support staff on WhatsApp are very helpful and answered my query immediately; I sent them a picture of my packet on WhatsApp, and was immediately told what size packet to book it for. Use it mows for all my delivery needs.

Delivery is not picked even after 3 days, and I had to cancel and book in rapid after 3 days. Very worst service no option to track and raise complaint as they don't even pick the help number provided in the teleport app. Faced 3 times issue and stopped now to use the app.

Placed a 4-hour order at 9:30am. No delivery executive was assigned till 1pm. So I called the helpline number. The executive calmly told me sorry sir, no delivery executive is available, so we will not be able to deliver it today. If you knew no one is available, why did you wait for me to call and then inform me. Where is the accountability or proactiveness? I lost a customer who had placed an order with my business because of your lack of accountability. No compensation, no resolution given.

Such a pathetic app!! Booked it to send something one day prior, but all of a sudden they cancelled the pickup. emailed credit the amount to my account. No response. Don't use this app.
