Handy app to have, however since update, won't refresh. Says error refreshing - status code 404. Please fix. Also, signing in with birthdate isn't a pleasant experience. Surely putting in one's birthdate can be made easier than going back year by year until you reach the year you're born? It's a long unnecessary process.

Date of birth information needs to be easier to enter. Having to go back in the calendar for people born in the 1950s,1960s, 1970s etc. is time-consuming when actually typing in your date of birth (not using calendar) would make it easier and faster for most users. App is easy to use. Thank you for such a great app.

It won't let me bring up my payment barcode or my balance GET IT FIXED NOW. WHY THE HELL SHOULD I HAVE TO SEND EMAILS, WHEN THE F PROBLEM IS ON YOUR F END, NOW GET THIS FIXED SO I CAN CHECK ON MY F RENT.

This app is awful. It's as if the developer deliberately decided to create an app with the intention of disadvantaging older Australians as much as possible. Once you get past the terrible calendar nothing works. It isn't even possible to request maintenance. I don't see why housing bothered to launch an app this useless
