Lousy software, so hard to install, manual guide is as good as nothing. Webcam audio instruction sound like ET alien language. Cannot connect webcam to multiple devices. My advice, don't buy Tenda webcam.

I'm not getting alarm notifications. I've tried all, app v3.1, reinstalling, different settings, but no luck. Previously it worked ok with Xiaomi phone, but not with HTC U Ultra. Update: Just tested again. Alarm notificatiins work fine in Android 6, but don't work in Android 8.0. Tenda, please check it.

Please pull down the screen... If failed, check connection.... app shows that message when try to connect. but the connection is ok. check with 2 android phone,that got the same problem. but with the IOS app, everything is ok.
