Comments on Tender Greens for Android

★★★★★ App won't start. I have rewards, but can't use them, so no point to go.

★★★★★ Decent experience after they fixed the bugs. Still some delay with some features, but I was able to place an order successful

★★★★★ For those having trouble accessing anything else other than ordering, I pressed "allow full screen" or something like that at the bottom, and it took me to the main menu where I can check rewards, redeem, basically everything the app says it does. Very strange that I had to select like a full screen option to get there though

★★★★★ I have no issues using this simple app. It does what it claims to do in a simple and easy way. I think the problem with the low ratings is not so much with the app as much as the inept users of it. I wonder how the desire to eat good healthy food correlates with the ability to figure complex problems or simple apps;) Most geniuses I have met have horrible diets...

★★☆☆☆ New update doesn't work on my android (samsung) phone. Also, points from receipts cannot be uploaded after 7 days, and only one receipt bar code (points) can be redeemed per day. Love the restaurant, but the app falls short.

★★☆☆☆ won't allow me to put my card expiration date when I go to type it in as well as won't scan the date when I try to scan it.

★★☆☆☆ Very frustrating!!! Can't get past the order screen. No way to see points or scan barcodes. Please fix!

★★☆☆☆ Device failed integrity app crashes. I got a normal galaxy s23 ultra. Great food trash app.

★★☆☆☆ I'm a frequent customer of the Berkeley, CA TG, but the app keeps crashing. Whenever I open it, I receive a message that the verification failed. I've reinstalled it many times and am I having the same problem. I have not been able to order for a week!
