App works fine as long as you initially pair the heater (towel rail) to a smartphone through the app and not through the phone. Range is also much better than expected after reading some other reviews here. Had some issues which were cured by turning the towel rail off at the plug and then turning on again as recommended in the manual.

It works, but could use a lots of UI work. + Connections always works (It seems to be made in an asynchronous way - it only connects when changes are applied) + Easy timer, easy adjustmenet temperature, - Setting a schedule requires uploading a schedule and then separately activating it (green light) - UI Schedule conf is confusing: instead of presenting you with just one "configuration", it constantly reminds you of the device having its own memory. But once you get used to it, it works fine. Overall, I am happy to be able to deploy my heating during the economy 7 hours overnight. Clear work/simplification is needed. After 2 months: Both manual and mobile timer work great, I got used to the system and it is easy to change/update. Thanks

Initially had an issue with connecting the radiator to this app. Months later I have retried and now seem to be able to connect but the radiator does not keep its schedule, it has to be resynced constantly which is causing unnecessary damp in our back room. Wish we hadn't bought this radiator!

I have never left a bad review for anything, but this app is terrible. The bluetooth only works if you are right next to the device, and it appears to immediately forget any schedule you program with it. We have been left with a heating system which only works when we manually switch each radiator on and off.

Love the idea of using an app but it doesn't seem to actually work. Have to reload the app each time to reconnect to the radiators. Set up a schedule, its loaded all correctly, but the radiators don't actually heat up.
