It'd be great if I could log in. It prompts for a password reset, but even after resetting the password it still doesn't let you log in. Edit**: I was 3 stars. But the issue is fixed now.

The migration is a pain; they should have made an easier path, especially since Terrible's, ostensibly, had the phone number and email address from the old one. That said, it seems to work pretty well once you get past the migration. The point transformation is needlessly confusing though.

Doesn't tell you what the reward is for Tuesday. Can't use my rewards that I redeem for store credits. Employees doesn't even know what's the offer for Tuesday.

Garbage, un-needed and useless. I can't even install this app on my newest phone which is only a year old, but it installs just fine on a 7-year-old phone. Completely incompatible with modern Samsung's. This is the worst "upgrade" I've ever seen roll out. I can't even access or use my rewards now. Thanks terrible! Used to be a happy customer... now I think I'll go to shell down the street... they have cheaper prices on alcohol and anything else that used to be a deal at terrible

Worst customer service regarding the issue everyone has had when logged out. (Basically an endless loop of a password reset that when trying to log back in it forces yet another reset) I've sent numerous emails for weeks just to be told they are still looking into this awaiting an update from superiors. I have points that I can use for gas which are now in limbo, They will not get my business anymore going forward.
