It won't let me sign in even when I reset my password several times. It won't let me create a new account with my existing phone number. I've been using my phone number on purchases in Terrible store and I cant sign in on my account and use my registered phone number, well what is the point of this rewards' app. In other word, this app is useless!

I went last week on 6 /16th to get my Tuesday free drink, and I did not get my 30 ounce drink becuz someone had the clerk (Zack) put all 24 ounce cups by the front check out counter and then the customer had to get one cup and go fill it with a 30 ounce drink but when I got home I took my measuring cup and filled what I thought was a 30 ounce drink turned out to be a 24 Oz drink. I indirectly mentioned to the clerk, and he said nothing and myself and the other employee complained but no one cared

WHY can't I find out what my terrible Tuesday free thing is ????? It's 3 in the morning 🌄 it's the 9th of September and this app is still aggravating, and I still can't find out what the terrible Tuesday free thing is. with all the BS I believe I'll have to start going to the Circle K. if I'm going to pay for coffee that I used to get free at terrible sit's not worth the time & aggravation. I'm tired of being disappointed.
