This is a really nicely made app. The UI is solid, and I especially like the fact that I can set a home/work and favorite certain stops/stations. It has all the transit options in the area, and combines the T with the BU shuttle, so I don't have to switch between apps. The only thing that bothers me is the level of detail on the map. The outlines of so many buildings mixed in with the transit stops make it difficult to focus on what you want to see. Overall a great app.

Great UI but recommend to include live tracking feature so that not only can I see the time to get somewhere, I see where the bus or train is for helpful visual confirmation. Also, direction boards for BU shuttle going eastbound and for MBTA trains are inaccurate. i.e. It says going to Afghanis when it's actually going to med campus.

3 years ago, the app was simpler and gave me the information I wanted, "how long until the shuttle will come to this stop?" That's it. But now I can't click on the stop, and when it shows me the closest stop's next shuttle it's for 12 hours from now at NIGHT. It doesn't need more bells and whistles. Please simplify

For being an app for BU busses it doesn't allow you to pick BU busses as a transit option. It also is extremely inaccurate on bus locations and ETAs.

Sometimes, transit connections don't link properly. While other times they do. For example, the app may tell you to leave at 4:00 pm and tell you that you will arrive at 5:00. But that's under the assumption that the next T ride arrives now when often the next T isn't going to be arriving until 20 minutes later. This is likely a bug.
